Welcome to the
Kinnikinnick Native Plant Society
As a part of the world’s largest inland temperate rainforest ecosystem, North Idaho’s richly diverse plant community has nurtured life and livelihoods for centuries.
Exciting News!!
KNPS is the recipient of a $10,000 Equinox Foundation Grant for updating the Arboretum experience. We’re refurbishing and creating new signage for the entry kiosk, designing all-new plant ID signs and new youth-oriented interpretive signs, and producing an audio tour. Stay tuned for details and requests for your participation.
